AFFORDABLE St. Ann Homes for Sale |Buying a House in Jamaica | Under 20 million homes will be featured in this video. The St. Ann Real Estate market has some new housing listings and I wanted to scope out some of the most affordable houses for sale in St. Ann, Jamaica to show you today. Now these houses are listed from 12 million up to 19.5 million dollars and are all stand alone houses, some with studio flats on the ground floor for additional income. The homes featured today will be based in the towns of Ocho Rios, Discovery Bay, Runaway Bay and Brown's Town.

Houses sell because of demand and people are willing to pay. Currently the real estate market in Jamaica has more persons interested in buying than there are houses so yeah demand is high

The Out of the Blue is more like a 17 minutes drive from Discovery Bay. I did a video of it the other day. The houses aren't ready as yet.

Beautiful girl if your vlogging is going to be in Real Estate I would suggest a few things. 1. As much as possible be out in the field. 2. If you dont a 100 ft measuring tape ,get one , learn to read it. 3. when presenting properties be detail oriented eg. width and depth of the lot and of the house structure. 4.The size of the house vb in Sq Ft. 5. The size of the rooms and the utilities and conveniences within tbe house. These are just a few.I guarantee you with these detail your viewership will leap bound many times.
