Really cute, missed opportunity though, they could of made one or both of the 2 inner units a 3 story making them sumi end units with side windows.

Just a heads up. I was at the sales center for these models today with my realtor, and the sales center said the lot premiums are 18K-25K for these ......😳😳😳😳😳

You own the land yes but they control the land. You can't plant vegetables or flowers you need their permission. They cut grass And take care of plants and flowers.

With new construction in Vegas ; prepare to add $35K to $50K. So the advertised price is not the selling price. I bought the 1809 model and it cost me $382K out the door.
