6 жыл бұрынAfghan Pulao Uzbeki, a Special Variation of Uzbeki Pulao From The Northern Part of Afghanistan (Mazar-e-Sharif)
🥕 INGREDIENTS
Golden Sella Rice : 600g
Pulao/Palau Masala : Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom
Sesame Oil : 200ml
Medium Size Onions : 3
Meat (Veal) : 600g
Salt : 1 And Half Tablespoon
Pulao/Palau Masala : 1 Tablespoon
Sugar : 1 Teaspoon
Water : 500ml
Carrots : 3
Raisins : Amount Up To Your Preference
Hot Water : 400ml
Pulao/Palau Masala : 1 Tablespoon ( 2 Tablespoon Cumin, 7 green cardamom seeds and 6 black cardamom seeds, use 1 tablespoon of this prepared spice mix)
مواد لازم ◼️
برنج سیله طلایی : سه گیلاس
مصاله پلو: زیره , هل, هیل کلان
روغن کنجد : یک گیلاس
پیاز متوسط : سه دانه
گوشت (گوساله ) : شش صد گرام
نمک : یک و نیم قاشق غذاخوری
مصاله پلو : یک قاشق غذاخوری
شکر : یک قاشق چایخوری
آب: دو نیم گیلاس
زردک : ۳ عدد
کشمش
آب: دو گیلاس
مصاله پلو : یک قاشق غذاخوری

One of our family all time favourite dishes , loved by all and never a grain leftover. No rice dish compares to this, notice each grain of rice is separate and unbroken. The aroma coming from cardamom is something else, truly a royal dish !

@@ilhamIlham-kt2kf I don’t understand what you are asking. Green and black cardamom can be purchased from any Asian shop in Europe , it’s available in almost al Asian countries. Best to buy it whole and grind freshly to get the best aroma. Hope this helps

In uzbekistan, we mostly use Lamb, so in the beginning ing we fry lamb first then we add onions, so it depends on style

@@butternutyeeetsbanana.-.5389 that's not being picky eater, but that's just depends on region and cook's skill, if you use beef you better put onions fallowed by meat, if you use lamb that's different story

There are usually many other spices in store bought palau masala. But you can find cumin and cardamom seeds at almost every grocery shop, and mix you own simple palau masala 😊
