Hello ! I’m Mr Gole, a passionate Nepali food content creator, and welcome to the second episode of my food adventure series. This time, I've traveled all the way to India to explore its vibrant local cuisine. 🍲🇮🇳
In this episode, I dive into the world of Afghani Momo ! As a Nepali, Momo is in our blood - we absolutely love it, especially with our traditional tomato sauce (not ketchup!). Our tomato sauce is a flavorful mix of peanuts, red chilies, and spices that perfectly complements the Momo.
I was amazed to discover that Indians love Momo just as much as we do! However, they have their own twist - enjoying Momo with mayonnaise. This is my first time trying Momo with the garlicky Afghani white sauce, and I can't wait to share my thoughts with you.
