I didn't kill the Butcher, killing him is a mercy and letting him live, he'll have to live with the fact that he put his wife and child in danger and the lives he took from the father and son at the embassy.

Honestly, I just shot 'The Butcher' after the interrogation, without hesitation. Sure he had a wife and son but at the end of the day if he isn't put in the ground he'll likely just end up killing more fathers and sons, just like in the embassy.
