You got to love Jacko and his honesty and antics he was a real character of the game and that's why crowds come and characters are needed you don't have them anymore in AFL & NRL which is Sad.

The footage would have been taken during the late 90s. The MCG has changed with the upgrade during the mid 2000s and considering the AFL logo they had on the ground and the Coke symbol around it they had at the time, I would have to say 1999 would have been the year this footage was taken.
