Why doesn't the federal government provide more services for mental health instead of wasting money on pissweak sniveling pathetic junkies & alcoholics

Brodie Whelan - agreed. There’s a well-established and direct correlation between drug and alcohol abuse and mental health. Community education to understand that correlation is essential. Thanks for stepping up.

apart from family, the greatest attribute anyone can have is to laugh at yourself while making others laugh with you! admired his straight forwardness while caring for all around himself, comes from being on the land loving what nature has to offer and sharing the health it gives you with your friends and company.

😔🙏 for family n friends he one of Best n Fair players especially from StK, a lot of players can learn from him on/off footy field in way he behaved. Its unfortunate that never see team have chance of winning Grand Final since 1966.

So many people struggling with stress and depression. Mental health is at a crisis. I lost a very valued family member three months ago. A very balanced and level headed person, who thaught that putting a sawn off shot gun into his mouth and pulling the trigger, was his only option. It's a tragedy to see so many families trying to figure out what is going on. I have been depressed about things at times, but not to that level. It is a very hard thing to deal with, but it is beatable. For your family's sake, please communicate with someone, if you ever want to self harm.

Why has his wife made this statement about his mental heath? It has nothing to do with the accident. Surely their not saying he committed suicide. The evidence doesn't tell us that
