Hello Sabi. I assume the P/E ratios calculations for Tidded Co is after acquisition. So to find the share Price I found the combined value of of the companies after acquisition by multiplying each of their PAT's and the synergy by the P/E ratio of Louieed Co after acquisition which is 14. After finding the combined value I then found the number of additional shares that will be created by merging with Tidded co and added to the existing Louieed co shares. I divided the combined value by the total number of shares to find the share price but I did not get the same answer as you. Please is my method sound and is it supposed to work? I will be grateful for feedback. Thank you.
