Dahab Marina its road infrastructure is finished, it will feature 2km beach walk. Turkish developers will be part of the construction. Dahab Tower a luxury apartments and mall complex will finish by 2024 in another seperate project if you look up by Dahab real estate which will be the most sophisticated tower in the region tech wise and security. Somalia beach front being the longest in the mainland Africa in strategic location the Financial Times described it being the best long term investment as it will serve growing middle classes tourist from Asia. Security in Somalia over the past few months improved significantly with Al Shabab losing most of its territory. So the future looks bright. This projects started with insecurity, imagine the foreign investment apart of diaspora thst would flood in? Lets pray for the best as Africa needs to develop twice the speed of Asia to succeed ✌️

@@acrerealestatenews My pleasure, I edited my comment with more details. I recently visited newly opened impressive Juba Hypermarket in Mogadishu which showed the speed things can grow. It was in the more run down north of the city that is becoming safer. Construction is everywhere in Mogadishu as Al Jazeera news reported recently on KZfaq. If things stay stable for another 6 months wild money will flow in first by diaspora on the fence still. We are Dahab associates , but independent, we will open offices in Mogadishu by next year . Keep the great Africa focused reports my friend ✌️
