The story of how Britain stole the Benin bronzes from present day Nigeria. These ancient African artefacts till reside today in Britain, in the British Museum.

I had my Father's ancestry done and he is 35% African mainly from the areas of Benin & Togo. We are from the Dominican Republic and unfortunately, the full extent of our history is lost but this was remarkable to hear. Thank you!

I have learned a lot through the process of researching and making these videos and its amazing the new things i learned.This video is part of a series exploring similar topics across europe as i travelled through searching for these pieces of history(will be doing same in Africa).
