Our main objective is to help with the protection and conservation of wild Rhinos and Elephants, due to the Poaching in the area. Over the next two weeks, we will be placing satellite tracking devices on many animals, in order to track their movements and protect the herd! I used to watch you years ago when you were just starting out and when you started making cooking shows in your kitchen haha. And I havent watched you in a few years cuz my gf passed away and I went into a deep depression for 3 years now but I just seen this video today and I cant believe how much you and your family has grown. I remember when you guys where waiting for the first one to be born and now you have 2 beautiful children. Watching yoire catch, clean and cook videos (and all of your videos) has brought me some much time of entertainment. I have alot of videos to catch up on which will be fun to watch I'm sure. I grew up hunting with my grandparents but after they passed away the family just sorta stopped going to our trapline (here in Canada Ontario) so watching your hunting videos really fills a whole in my heart and provides me with good feelings. @@clementpiergiovanni6840 @Clement Piergiovanni even though that would be a dream but sadly I would have to decline because since my gf has passed I've been diagnosed with major depression Disorder and I have gained over 150 pounds in 3 years (I was 190lbs, so I'm over 340lbs now) and barely ever leave my house. I am very out of shape that even a walk up my stairs leaves me gasping for air. So going out hunting again sounds amazing my body and health just isnt up for it right now but my heart will always crave it. Thank you so much Robert, you give people like me choice to come along with you on your journey through all your videos. Your hunting and cleaning and cooking videos brings back those pleasant memories from when me and my family would go to our grandparents trapline to hunt, fish and enjoy the wilderness here in Canada Ontario. Robert, you dont have to invite me down, because you're videos already gives me so much joy and reminds me of those cherished hunting memories with the family. I've been on safari in South Africa. We went for our honeymoon. The only "wild" animal I wanted to see but didn't was a lion. Saw hippo, rhino, zebra, giraffe and so much more. We ate what we shot and it was the best 10 days of my life! Blesbuck, Impala, Wildebeest, Zebra. Great time. Can't wait to go back.

Growing up I read all the popular safari books and I had a five year plan to get there for a cull hunt or first timer hunt. Alas, 20 years later, I still haven't found my way to Africa. Congrats on a great trip and hunt! Thanks for letting us live vicariously thru your adventures!

Biltong! One of the top 5 things I had when I was in South Africa. Back in Texas we have tried to make Whitetail Deer Biltong but it's just not the same.

I’m really glad to see Rob and the Family in Africa, welcome to the homeland guys. I’m glad you guys got to know how we Africans skin our animals without leaving any meat on the skin, sometimes I watch you guys leave some meat on the skin of the anima and I be like, you guys are just spoiling meat. Down here everything on an animal is used, we eat almost everything from the meat it self to the intestines(but not the content inside the intestines) to the spleen, to the head and legs almost everything. Now I'm old enough easily to be your father so I'm going to take the liberty to criticize you on something I'm seeing with you than concerns me for your future wellbeing. "Fittness" is critically important to your future health and you've been letting that go to much. I know how covid takes it's toll on the lungs. So it all the more important to stay slim and active ! It's pretty safe here, I can assure you ;) The flight is likely more dangerous. As long as you're relatively astute/street smart, you'll be A ok. Besides our suburbs are exactly the same as yours, the dangerous areas are normally around city centre's.

I'm really happy you could come to South Africa and experience hunting here! I always wondered when you would do a trip this side of the world. You inspired me to do my 1st hunting trip which I only did last year as well as deep-sea fishing. My 1st buck was also a Blesbuck. Someday way in the future hunting trips I really want to do an alligator hunt as well or in South Africa a crocodile. I'm really happy and excited for this trip!!!! Enjoy

My South African grandfather also said (translated) You can't experience the good if you've never lived the bad. It was a great driving force to get me through these last couple of tough years and it rings so true. I now appreciate the good things that happen WAY more than before. God puts us through tough times because without that experience we will never be truly happy and appreciative when he blesses us with the good times.

@@tl1772 I have heard Robert say several times (including this video) that it's not about the hunt/killing of the animal. I believe he said it was about the experience; going new places, meeting new people, learning new things. If you're for hunting, why does it matter where he goes to do it? I bet South Africans would come to US and find many animals they've never seen and find them "beautiful", bcuz it is new and unfamiliar to them. Robert talked about conservation of the animals, providing jobs, bringing tourism back where people depend on it for their livelihoods. Robert never kills needlessly. He always eats what he catches or prepares it for others to have food. I understand your sentiments. I'm not a hunter myself, but I can certainly appreciate all those things that justify the end result. I also try not to judge others bcuz they don't live their lives by my expectations for my own. God made animals for us to harvest as food, use their furs for warmth, etc. And I don't know about u, but I don't think I'd turn down an opportunity to go to a beautiful country like South Africa! Would you? 😊✌🏼

The pandemic came and taught everyone the importance of having multiple stream of income, unfortunately having a nice paying job doesn't mean you are financial secured anymore. So we all need to put in an etra-income earning chance, like investment.

I so love how u do everything together as a family and u involve them in everything and u don't see that anymore but I love it I am from Delaware and me my wife and 3 daughters are getting ready in a few weeks to take a little rd trip to Florida and we can't wait to get down there and do some fishing and what ever we do we will do it as a family thank u for sharing your life with us all around the world

I've flown Qatar Airways many times while living in the Middle East and America, and I must say that it is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Airline in existence, and I've flown them all!!! This is the Middle East, that we as Americans are often and now are conditioned to think are "Third world" and are our enemies, but in reality, this area of the world knows how to treat people, and do so at a level that the rest of the world should take note. And it is genuine hospitality.
