Cow skin, popularly known as Kpomo, Ponmo, or Kanda, is a favorite of west Africa. It’s also referred to as ponmo in Yoruba, kanda in Hausa, and kpomo in some other Nigerian languages. Ghanaian call it Wele or coat, Gambian also call it cow kanda. This delicacy is made from cow skin that has been processed through roasting, boiling, or smoking. Millions have been eating and not dying. The most dirtiest place is the human colon . The worst hygiene is in restaurants. People these part of the world have better immune system as we saw with COVID. Your so perceived hygiene has led to more disease
