I started kicking a football at age 5 they say, improved, started scoring goals, got injured, but could not give up, but now a big no. I play volleyball still now at age 61 alongside players qtr my age. I njoy vbll. Will play till god keeps me fit, a setter for that matter,

As a country this should not be a difficult thing to do ..why can't we organise a volleyball league even if it is zonal or each region has a mini league then have a final 16 knockout ...same with hockey ,handball ,net ball ,basketball badminton ,table tennis, lawn tennis ,..professional sports can also be means of employment for the youth...each sports would Create additional jobs like cleaners,caretaker ,equipment management team etc...even owners of the clubs or teams....bringing in sponsorship from banks and other business

Your eye open my bro... We can even do our own version of olympics every 2 years. You will see the talent that will come out. Some will go to become professional. Those who dont become professional athletes we can give them jobs in the security services; army, police etc through a quota system. Our big men just dont think creatively.

Please do your checks well wai. There is a volleyball league in Ghana. All the security services have both male and female teams that participate. Even Blue Skies in Nsawam also have a team. Madina Presbyterian Church also have a team. There is another team called El Wak Wings.
