One thing you're guaranteed with a Status Quo live performance is having fun. And this is only the opener! A band that started in the 60's and is still going today. Their heyday was in the 70's and early 80's, with a couple of their singles also breaking into the top 40 in the 00's. The obvious next choice would be, 'Rockin' All Over The World.'

Great stuff, really fun band. Saw them first time in the 70's at the Pink Pop festival in the Netherlands. Playing their new album QUO. This song was a huge hit, but I really like the unknown songs. UNSPOKEN WORDS is one of my favorites. It's a slow blues song, everything is good about it. Thank you, sweet Faye, and please...MORE QUO 😅 ❤️👍👊😁

I heard this song when it was first released fifty years ago. That intro is what made me fall in love with Quo and got me playing guitar - two things that have been with me all of my adult life.

First saw the Quo live in 1973, brilliant, the Frantic Four at their best. Love the Quo and seen them many times since. This is brilliant ! RIP Rick and Alan !

This is the opening and if you haven’t been to see Quo live you don’t know what you are missing. Status Quo are known for boogie rock. Also RIP Rick Parfitt gone but never forgotten.

Well said m8 I'm a kid of the 60/70s and Quo were one of the greatest live bands i ever saw up their with the greats just sad the US never joined in, but 130 million album sales talks for its self, first song i remember hearing was PAPER PLANE when i was 9 and I've just loved them since then, its just all those great 12 bar boogie songs and they were the best at it, one thing for quo's music you didn't sit on you arse once those songs started, on you feet the whole show!! great days when the Rock Gods walked among us, unlike today's music which is over produced shite with no soul or heart, i know i'm 60 and older people are supposed to hate young people's music but really a LOT of it is dross, one or 2 singers i like but rock music as we knew it is gone sad😭 but at least my gen had the best soundtrack to go with their life everyone one from The Beatles ( I was born Nov 63 right at the start of Beatlemania) to Oasis and every great band in between eg the Who,the Stones,Led zep, Floyd, Sabbath, Iron Maiden there's lots more and that's just British bands.

@@tonyhemphill5366 I was born in 1960, first time I saw The Quo was at Dagenham Roundhouse in 1967, I was in the beer garden and they were in glitter suits. I took my daughter to see Quo a few years ago, when they got to the Jiggy Bit she was bouncing about

Thanks for posting this, Fay. I got into Status Quo in the 1970s and have seen them play live many times since then. The best live band I've ever seen. I'm pleased you like Caroline. 😊

Honestly status quo are awesome been a fan all my life . Wasn't at that one but i have seen them live a couple times and met the lead si ger Francis Rossi last year. Hret man and just as bubbly and lovely as he is on stage too.

Consider this, Quo tickets are now starting to come out for the 2024 European tour and all 15 venues in Germany are sold out, the UK tickets go on sale next week, a band that started in the early '60s and have toured every year from the beginning, what other band could match that.

They had a couple of years during covid when they didn't tour. Apart from that, they had the strongest work ethic of any Band in history. They didn't tour Australia between 1978 and 1997. Luckily I saw The Frantic Four in 1978 in Sydney. Saw them on every tour from 1997 onwards. RIP - Parfitt & Lancaster

What its about ???? This song is about rock and roll ! Plain and simple. It was always the deal with Status Quo. Even if you were indifferent about the band all you had to do is see them live and they immediately became your favorite band ever.

Saw them at Scarborough it was an amazing moment Curtains closed and Caroline started suddenly everyone got up cheering dancing what seemed like 5 minutes later the curtain opened. Jesus the place went mental. Amazing night
