Research indicates that the dietary deficiencies and food insecurity in Sub-Saharan Africa are strongly related to the decreasing diversity of traditional diets.
Farm Concern International, FCI, is on the forefront of responding to this problem by reviving the consumption of the forgotten nutritive treasures of Africa - African Traditional Foods or ATF’s.
Through the African Traditional Foods Model, FCI’s is using modern marketing concepts to promote ATFs among various categories of consumers in different age groups and lifestyles - including smallholder households, urban and per-urban consumers.

If you think starch is not indigenous to africa you seriously need to educate yourself (you can start by looking up the history of yams)....and if you think hunting and fishing are foreign to ancient africans, lmao

Ancient Africans hunted animals. Also, animal fats are important to our brain. We are not herbivores, we’re omnivores.

Eggs are actually full of vital nutrients. People have thrived eating them for centuries. They improve memory as well. Don’t get tricked by trends, just pay attention to what has worked for generations before it’s very simple we make it complicated. These fake good companies demonize nutrition to sell you their bs mock meats and such. Don’t be fooled
