Life is still free; mostly under open sky. Method of preparing vegetables and food are same as it was some years ago as it was in my village of West Bengal, India. Pay respect & love to my African mother, sister and brothers. Same love, same care for their children's.

Hiiii Dosha, I am from Cochin, Kerala, India. "Dosha"is one of our breakfast/ Dinner items. I wiill give you the recipe of Kerala Potato Stew. Peel off the potatoes and cook well with a piece of Ginger and two -three green chillies and salt. When it is cooked well, smash it with the spoon and add coconut milk. Heat it slowly and stop when it starts to boil. Pour some coconut oil and sprinkle some curry leaves. A fantastic potatoe stew is ready to use with rice, bread, tapioca, Dosha, Porotta etc. Try.

Here in my village sweet potato is not considered as food. They grow naturally behind our courtyard and the young people eat them during their play time. It's much eaten by the people of the north. We people of the south of Ivory coast grow much yams,cassava,plantain which are our daily food. I appreciate your food because sweet potato es are healthy food but WE eat too much fish and wild animals ' méat. Thank you for sharing
