But that's not the debate amongst Black Americans, it's about another group of people claiming they created something that they didn't. Jamaicans share same Ancestry as us and are 10x more likely to recognize than most Latinos. Yet Black Americans don't claim to have started Reggae 50/50 although you had a few Reggae artist who were Black American. So what, that's there wonderful music inspired by our share African Ancestry. but is totally a product of Jamaica and Jamaicans.
