I'm 59 yrs old with COPD and can barely walk to another room without getting out of breath, but dayam if this didn't get my hips rolling in my chair! (Probably a vision none of you ever wanted). Thank you for sharing this!

All I can think, sitting here with my Jamaican roots, is how much I WISH TO GOD I was born in the Horn. When you are born outside of the continent it's like you are the runt of the litter. WE ARE THE JON SNOW's OF THE AFRICAN DIASPORA! lol.
