Although this video’s focus is on “fat burning”, I appreciate how clearly and slowly the instructor leads you through her choreography. With no words, she let’s the dance do the talking. Key words to me in these quarantine times: slowly + clearly + silence = to 10 mins of dance quality time. Kudos. Thank you.

It was straight forward, all of your directions were very clear, you chunked each section of the dance and I love how you showed each movement slowly before doing it a tempo. My new workout! I can dance--correction, I have rhythm lol but Afro-anything dancing is always on another level! I'll be doing this daily at least two hours for a week, then I'll switch it up. You two killed it!

Wonderful presentation, vibe, simplicity, powerful flow of moves.. what we need for the Black Nation. To see this done with a larger team so that the visual impact of the tribal spirit and power of positive movement of black women would be amazing and inspiring for fitness, weight-loss, sisterhood, physical and spiritual health. I see this as being good for the movement.

I am in love with afro dancing, so nice workout video!

I been raised to dance in a lot of dancing groups such as drill team at church, dancing angel for Girls and Boys club, tap toe, ballet, so from that ,it makes me want workout to anything dance . I usually don't like tutorial because some of dance workout may take like 1 min to speak slowly then demo how to do correct dancing in slow motion , in between of each rep. I am observer and know how to dance right away . I am glad I come across to your video, you demo dance very great in right speedy amount...as deaf I am , I can understand you complete. I like it a LOT! I am gotta keeping come back lol.
