for u who dont know to fix this problem.Go to Safe mode with or without networking and do some of these steps i followed first 2 steps and deleted some programs.Thanks for this video this worked for me

All options not work for me. When i open CCleaner it say CCleaner has stopped When i try options 2 it still error I can't fix it :(

Friend, if u still haven't got it u can restart ur pc and press f8 rapidly then select safmode with or without networking, from there on ull be able to manipulate about anything in ur pc
