After 3 months of back and forth with hubsan i finally got a replacement bind and fly mini 1 inch and here is its maiden test flight.

That seems to be true: just wait three months and the replacement for the defective item will be there. Thanks,laura is coming along well and this drone was a fight with hubsan to get replaced but thankfully they finally agreed to replace it.

Yes mine makes a noise but I have no issues or jello so I continue to use it

Well, it took some time, but at least they came through for you...which is good on them...maybe something a little extra for all the time would have been icing on the cake! lol Pretty nice picture quality!

They actually did give me a free battery for my wait as when i did speak with them i was told they were not including a battery

Me too,it took some time fighting with them and they tried to make me pay the shipping but i just stuck to my guns and they finally gave in.

I was happy to see that Hubsan is restoring another mini for you, my 1 inch mini also doesn't show the aircraft firmware version, good flights friend
