You should try phase-change material Honeywell PTM7950. It comes in as a sheet, lasts longer, performs works better than traditional pastes and there is no pump-out effect. On the power section (vrm) and vrams I advice to give thermal putty Upsiren UX Pro. It is also a good idea to do undervolting.

Yeh kuch ajeeb hain.. internet se connect krne se heat q hoga.. maybe koi background task run ho rah hain jo cpu ko load de rah hain after internet connection.. toh pahele ek bar pc format kro. Windows dalo.. then check kro.. internet se contact krne se laptop heat nahi hota.. baki ap thermal paste toh change kr hi sakte ho.. laptop ko faida hi hota hain

Kabhi thermal paste change hi na kiya. 2021 September ko mujhe new laptop mila HP 15s FQ2072TU aur aaj ke time kitna old ho chuka hoga aap jante hi ho. Iska bhi thermal paste change na kiya aaj tak. Ye laptop bhi dead ho gaya. Ab paise aane ka wait kar raha hoon thoda. Aate hi ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS DUO 16 (2022) le lunga

Bhai 6 mahine Mai toh bilkul zarurat nahi hoti thermal paste change karne ke it can last 3-4 years without problem don't misguide

@@LoopholeTech Bhai intel khud recommend karta hai to change in few years toh tum saal mai 2 baar kyu change karwa reh ho iska koi sense nahi banta 2-3 years mai zarurat padti hai change karne ke
