So horrible to see how this little dog has been neglected and dumped him like it means nothing. Hopefully he’ll get the love and care that he deserves. Thank you rescuer for saving him and giving him a bath and grooming and medical care at the vet. The dog will have a good life with you. ❤🐶🥰

I live in Canada but have never seen unleashed dogs in my city. When I walk along the boardwalk, I see dogs on leashes and their owners who carry “poop bags” to dispose of their dog’s excrement, There are strict regulations to which owners must comply or be heavily fined by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). I feel so dejected when I hear of female dogs being abandoned by heartless people, whose sole purpose is to breed female dogs and discard them like trash after selling their puppies. It is a far better fate for animals to cross over the Rain🌈bow Bridge, rather than being subjected to abandonment, cruelty or being kept in captivity.
