My problems with this game Loading stops(infinite )when i enter a gate my character is out of the map sometimes the screen is blue and sometimes it goes dark....🤦

Well, it is "Solo" Leveling, which means "solo" playing and no coop. But yeah well since everything has been changed from the source material; from weapons to hunters leveling, now coop. Why not? The essence of the word "solo" has been lost anyway so just place anything there.

I hope not, I don't want this game to be balanced around pvp nor would I want an unbalanced pvp, getting matched against whales would not be fun at all

Yeah no, I dont see it happening, this is not that kind of game, I agree that the combat is fun and there's alot of things you can work with in terms of builds and weapons, but i'd be impossible to balance it compared to spenders/whales.
