An easy scrambled egg recipe that has become my go-to choice for every weekend morning treat.
Recipe and ingredients:
Break 2 eggs into a bowl
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chop 10 g green onions
Mix well
Pour olive oil into a frying pan
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Cook for 3-5 minutes
divide into 8 parts
2 tbsp. l. all purpose flour
50 ml water
Mix well
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Dip a slice of egg into the mixture
Then dip in breadcrumbs
Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat
Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes
Ready!
Super crispy, like chips.
