TODAY'S RECIPE IS After discovering this recipe, I just want to make bread like this ! Cream cheese bread fry | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
cream cheese bread fry
Bread cut into pieces
Keep aside
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Oregano to taste
Milk 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes to taste
Soak the bread pieces
Fry until golden brown
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

I'll add garlic powder to enhance the flavor and to be healthy I’ll put it in the oven or grease the pan and cook it on the stove top

In India we call it BOMBAY TOAST - we beat egg n milk add salt , pepper , minced onion ,n chopped coriander leaves dip bread in the mixture and SHALLOW FRY 👌👌

This is French Toast n you can make a sweet version of it by adding sugar to the Egg n cream mixture.😊

yeah bc it tasted like straight oil and I didn't know what else to fry it in other than vegetable oil

Fry on low heat and allow little bit more time to cook through. Also, the right bread matters for this tempting food.
