It’s always pleasing to watch a video and see elements in sync with the beat. In this After Effects tutorial, we quickly go over how to sync text to the beat of a song. Syncing has been done for longer than most of us have been alive, but syncing text to a drummed typed track to starting to become trendy. This After Effects Tutorial will go over how to mark out your beats and how to easily set up your text with each sync marker. We will also add a bit of animation to each of the text layers and talks about strategic animation. Thanks for the tutorial. As was mentioned there are a few ways to do this and I think one of the best ways is to render your clip in the ram and then listen to the audio and press the * key to the beat of the song. It will leave a marker at every place. Also trapcode has a plug-in called "sound keys" or you can map out keyframes based on specific audio Peak marks. You may want to look into that as well. You can also select the layer and use the bracket key [ to move the layer to the desired point on the timeline where timeline indicator is. Again thanks for the tutorial though.
