I have first hand experience with dell they treat customers well and provide best resolutions. But their consumer grade laptops are substandard I owned a G series laptop g5 and i replaced hinge , speaker , motherboard and finally laptop malfunctioned but dell was generour to replace it and finally that laptop also gaveup in some time. Avoid consumer laptops from dell or any other company for that matter. Go for thinkpad or lattitude if reliability and durability is the concern.

My experience with ASUS has been great. My laptop had a physical damage still they said as long as nothing is damaged inside then your laptop will be repaired under warranty. And yes they replaced my complete heatsink for free.

if you write you will tell about dell, hp, asus along with apple you should stick on that. many of us don't buy apple laptop as it is too expensive. you should explain more about dell, hp as most of the people who are in college and business they generally use dell and hp. each one those properly explained.

I have dell laptop, once it faced BSOD, authorised cervice centre said HDD is corrupted and needs to be changed. They changed it in 1 day with 500 rupees service charge. Dell's online support was very good. Few times i faced problem with some software issues and bugs, they solved it by taking device on remote with no issues. Very friendly.

Mere asus 705dt mein...screen bleeding ho rha tha....mujhe tab pta nhi tha ki screen bleeding ips panel mein hota hainn...to mene service centre call karlia...and mere home pe appoinment fix karlia.... Maa kasam 4 ghante ke andar service centre se mere ghar pe service wala aa gaya....

dell has the most unreliable consumer laptops inspiron, g series(owned) but the best support imo. Lenovo seems atleast reasonable with good reliability and durability with their thinkpad series.

Lenovo is great...I had issue with my laptop and it was like multiple times they replaced ram 2 times io board 3 times motherboard 5 times SSD 1 time and yes it was 100 percent free of cost and yes the issue was not resolved so they got me a new one my config was ryzen 5 3500u now I have 5500u Edit- it was on-site support meaning I was not even stressed the guy came in and replaced part in front of me

Both are good options. Just remember that swift 3 is having some problems with display. (i.e it may give headache to sensitive eyes) Wait for today's sale though :)

My asus vivobook had a weird problem relating to touchpad , so they completely replaced it with a new one. I had no problem with the Asus service. It was fast and good. They provided with a onsite support. The person came to my house and replaced the entire touchpad.

I am goimg to buy a gaming laptop the model i chosen are acer predator 120k or omen 15 125k.. Both are great and satisfy my requirements but the problem is with laptop is any which to choose i know dell and apple have best service but i want to know what to choose from hp omen or acer predator which of these 2 companies shall provide better, user friendly, quick, and proper service? Plz tell as 120k laptop is huge investment.

My Asus laptop is under repair now and it's been more than 2 weeks now.. It is because it taked 7 - 8 day to get parts . And guess what, that part was not good so he ordered another one. Also sudden lockdown in my district add into it....😭 Hope my laptop is safe. I worried if they changed any components. All because it is athorised service center, though the service from asus team was good . They instantly appoint a on site service to me Edit : It finally got repaired. It took more than a month But he gave me spare laptop for the time being...

Had an Acer Aspire....will highly discourage people to ever buy an Acer Laptop in the span of the extended warranty of 3 years, it was almost 6 months at service center in total had replaced motherboard 4 times screen twice and body once. No I am not a casual, doesn't care for its stuff user, I am like the one who values hard earned money. Product can be faulty ok not a problem, but service? Why? Every part comes from Bangalore, sat-sun no shipping , no call pickup after 7pm. These combined experiencea have been experienced at Delhi and Dehradun (and Delhi is not a tier 2,3 city ) Even the service people know me by name, we also had some very funny conversations where the service center guys be like - we all know how long an Acer product last, you know what you are buying into. Most Acer laptops are cheap, and mostly bang for buck, but when it comes to quality product and service over the span of 2-3years, you only remember the bang part. Thanks

Bro u really got me concerned here, I was planning to buy acer Swift 3(2022) model it was full of specs, 2k screen, i5 12th gen, iris xe graphics with evo certification, but now u scared the shit out of me, like should I go for it, because in that price range no one is offering that specs(except realme/Xiaomi) so what do you suggest what to get in 50k segment ?

Nope from my experience i had bought a rog strix scar 15 worth 2.5 lakh rupees. Motherboard got bad twice as i write now my laptop is in service center for nearly 2 months waiting for spare parts. Horrible after sales service even on such an expensive machine.

I will never buy Apple again. I got a Mac book pro for 2 Lacs. By mistake i broke the screen. Warranty has just expired so I had two option spend 80 K at the Authorised center or spent 45 K at a local center. Yes thats the difference ! I went with the local centre. After changing the screen I was happy but very soon I realised that they had also changed the battery which started "bulging" stopped working. I got that changed for 5000 K again. Then my screen started getting white spots, Obviously the screen was a replaced screen and probably a duplicate on. Finally one say while opening the screen it broke at the top edge. Now I can't sell the laptop or repair it because its already 3 years old and new models are available. SO I finally I moved to Asus for the price of 70K which would have the cost of my screen in Apple. Apple products are good until they are not. SO never buy Apple product unless you want to waste money. Even then don't buy them

Lenovo laptops are cheap and best. I too use a Lenovo and it works great. I am using a Lenovo laptop for 3 years and the only problem I encountered is that two keyboard keys stopped working after one year of usage.

Also the negative reviews in the website have got more people agreeing than on positive reviews of Inspiron Series.

Hello brother . I am planning to buy asus k15 oled i3 11 gen. I live at delhi. My laptop task primarily involves official work involving MS office and powerpoint. No gaming at all. After reading negative reviews about asus service , should I still go with Asus or would u suggest me other brand ?

Bhai merko MBA ke liye laptop chahiye..i5 10th gen + 8gb ram + 256gb SSD + 1tb HDD + light weight. mai confused hu ki graphic card mujhe use ayega ya nahi aur HP ka lu ya ASUS ka.. 60k ke ass pass tak ka le sakta hu..koi best laptop suggest karo na..mai bhi bhopal ka hu..help kardo thodi.😇

me 6th cls me tha naya laptop liya tha HCL ka... keyboard kharab ho gaya...city me service center nhi tha..tab wohi shop wala service center ko laptop send kiya....pura 3mnths laga.. sirf ek keyboard thick karne me...mujhe bola gaya tha ki 1mnth lagega dushara k baje se...lekin 3 mnth laga...bolte rhe hamare pass keyboard nhi aaya...jab aayega tab inform kar denge...ghar walo ka dimag kharab ho gaya...
