Can we just talk about how good her seat is and how patient she is?!
@user82413 жыл бұрын
Can I just say everyone telling Ella how to ride Jarvis or what she should do to stop his "bad" behaviour is very unnecessary. I'm sure if it's just helpful advice then Ella doesn't mind but can I just remind you that Ella has had this pony for a while now and she knows how to control Jarvis. If there is an issue her trainer will help not unqualified horse people on the internet.

hey love:) your riding is amazing I am so impressed that you stayed on, if you don't mind I would love to just offer some advice, I had a client whose horse acted just like Jarvis , he had nothing wrong with his health at all he was perfectly healthy. I am sure nothing is wrong with his health especially if your vet said so, but it might be the way you are riding him. I am not saying that you are a bad rider at all. but sometimes the way you ride one horse doesn't work on another horse and eventually the horse just shuts down and starts to buck, rear, backup, and many other things, because to the horse it can feel like you are asking him to go forward while doing something subtlety without knowing to to make him want to go backwards. I am not trying to pin you down to anything or make you feel like a bad rider but maybe he is shutting down and reverting to something like bucking or rearing because he doesn't know what he is supposed to do or he is just frustrated. Horses are horses and we will always be learning from them and we will never know everything about horses, even the best horse riders are still learning and improving, I hope that you and Jarvis will still continue to grow strong and one day you will figure out what is wrong and be able to fix it:)
@mollyellashowjumping38363 жыл бұрын
Hi, it’s definitely not the way I’m riding him because he only does this during coat changing time (he has always been like this). The next day he schooled perfectly fine and was an angel. I ride to suit the individual horse and have worked with Jarvis extremely frequently so I understand his certain way of going. Thanks for your insight💗
@laurenhall38403 жыл бұрын
you legit watched one video of a fresh and lively horse messing around and you have decided its her riding lol, when in every other video they are doing so well together and he goes so nicely. Not every horse is an angel all the time, they are animals and she even said he had just been clipped. Also it isn't "advice" if you purely criticise and don't offer any help.
@jaimiestuddy21013 жыл бұрын
its just the horse been ignorant and not wanting to go forward in this situation he was not wanting to work with you at all and I have a mare exactly like that hates when you have your leg on kicks out at it if you ask something she doesn't wan to do today a wanted a cantering half pass and she said nope and kept kicking up at me honestly just had to send her forward and ask with a stronger leg
