As we saw in the last video, the little foster kitten's first meeting with her mom cat didn't go smoothly. The little ginger kitten smelled milk, but Joanna refused to feed it. There was still a foreign smell coming from the kitten. We had to feed the kitten several times with a syringe.
After a while, the kitten tried again. This time he managed to kiss the mother cat and the cat's heart softened. She still growled a little and made frightening noises, but the kitten managed to get to mom's tummy. He even massaged the cat's tummy a little with his paws. He was so hungry that he finished eating last of all.

Honest One She felt like she had to nurse him and that is wrong. She only has a duty to care about her own kittens. She clearly didn't like doing it and I don't blame her.

What if she didn't have a litter already ? I never heard of a cat just having (1) kitten ? I'm pretty sure that the yellow cat is not a stray kitten, it's definitely part of the litter. They're (the humans) just trying to manipulate views for $$$$ of emotions with the CAPTION.

@@scotiathompson5794 BS I have had to do this multiple times in my life. There are all sorts of reasons the mom only had one kitten, often it because the others get sick and die. Or her other kittens may be fine, they might have separated some of them temorarily to get the mom to accept the foster kitten while nurse only one. There is nothing unusual or fake about this at all.

@@scotiathompson5794 I had a ginger female cat, she was tiny & she only had 1 baby... an exact replica of herself but male lol So it's definitely possible for a cat to have only 1 baby. However, I never would've thought it possible myself had I not witnessed it.

@@scotiathompson5794 The ginger kitten is clearly adopted and about 1-1,5 month younger than the other kittens (in other videos you can see there is more grey kittens). They were about to stop being feed by her (they are the age they should start eating solid food and drink her milk only occasionally for psychological comfort) but the milk production won't stop while there is at least one kitten drinking milk regularly (and one of the grey kittens was still doing it, there is always at least one addicted to the milk despite being able to eat on their own :D ) so the ginger one was lucky - the mother cat was still producing milk for her coming-out-of-age kittens. The lack of presence of the other grey kittens isn't unusual - at that age they are already pretty independent. In our case one of our two-months old triplets kept staying with the mother and drinking milk whenever possible but his siblings barely ever visited the nest because they preferred to wander around the house, play with the curtains, sleep on our beds and find random food pieces on the floor. They totally ignored the mother cat calling them downstairs for the feeding time. LOL The ginger kitten real mother probably died or he was lost or abandoned. Sometimes only 1 kitten is born (this happens), sometimes people kill all other kittens deciding to raise just one because they are afraid they won't be able to give a whole litter away but they know they will manage to find a new owner for one (it's cruel but it happens a lot :( ), sometimes a kitten strays from the nest and gets lost (the mother cat might not always be able to find it while taking care of 5 other kittens that are in the "randomly wandering off" stage or while she moves them to a new nest). There could also a case where the mother and all sisters and brothers died due to dog attacking or something and the kitten survived because the dog didn't find him or someone come to rescue or he was the only one already moved to another nest while the accident happened in the old one. Anyway - by the kitten age and by the cats reaction it's clearly visible the ginger one a stranger.

That's because he knew he was darn lucky to be getting it - foster mom gave him a firm no at the beginning of the video. He's probably starving too after all the coaxing he and the human lady petting the foster mama had to do to get her to allow him to feed.

And also when the orange kitty was in between gray kitty and mama kitty then the gray kitty moved from there and under that toy like thing there was another paw. Does that mean she had 2 gray kitties but when she was feeding after that there was only 1 gray kitty.

Phew thats a relief I was worried for little ginger chap. He was obviously so hungry and needed real milk to drink. Now his adopted mum looks more relaxed with him and he will soon smell of her and be fully accepted 😊

Я заплакал, какой же маленький хорошенький, такой напуганный ходит, кушать хочет💝💝💝 у меня кошка 1.5 годика, нашёл двух котят на улице месяц назад, забрал домой на передержку, чтобы не замёрзли, мальчик и девочка, девочку забрали, мальчика должны были забрать 30 декабря, не смог отдать, оставил себе, до того он бандит в себя влюбил, не смог представить дом без него, ну как их можно не любить 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

All kittens do this! They all kneed their mother around the nipples, to stimulate milk flow. It's build into nature. But I dare say, this one goes about it enthusiastically :)

Котенок может быть максимально сыт, но общение с матерью не заменит ничто. Как у котят, так и у людей. Когда я подобрала малыша котика и выхаживала, он принял меня за мать. До сих пор лезет нализывать уши, а в "детстве" закапывался в волосы. Так, говорят, они тревогу убирают, это им заменяет общение с матерью. Очень частое явление если котёнка с мамой рано разлучили (2-3 недельки).

How cute it looks like the little guy is dancing when he's kneeding. Cats are such amazing creatures. My neighbor and I found an almost frozen litter of abandoned kittens in our shared back yard a few years ago. My cat PJ had a litter of her own of 4 kittens about a month old at the time. Her 4 plus the 8 newborns, well you can do the math. Peege (PJ) sniffed them all bathed them all then fed them all for the next 8wks. Her own, I was helping her wheen them, they would, thinking they were sly, sneak in and try to nurse, she would kick them out of the basket and continue nursing her adopted kittens. She took to them like they were her very own. To this day one of them never leaves her side they are pals and mother and son(adopted).

My theory is that she just gave up because she knows the owner is going to keep pushing the ginger kitten onto her LOL. At most her mother instincts is what probably prevents her from physically harming the kitten, but that's just another theory anyway. I can't read a cat's mind and nor am I sure there is such thing as "parenting" instincts considering how many times parents in all parts of the animal kingdom stuff up or outright have no interest in parenting.

@@treehouse238 Никто не отталкивает. Можно хорошо относиться к ним. Только чужих своими не сделаешь. Зачем люди вообще рожают, если из детского дома можно взять? Обычно такое пишут, у кого уже свои дети есть РОДНЫЕ, ведь так хочется, чтобы они стали родными ещё кому-то, но не работает это так, увы. Можно сделать вид, можно полюбить, но не прям как родных-родных при определённом складе характера, но сами вряд ли бы полюбили чужих как своих, кто такое пишет. И да, не могу не сказать, если эту тему на отношения переводить, то фраза: "любишь меня, полюбишь и детей, маму, брата, дядю, друга (или мои интересы)" не работает, так как это другие люди в любом случае. P. S. Мы можем полюбить домашних животных так, будто это наши дети родные. Возможно, и детей чужих можно так полюбить, но для этого нужно каким-то образом, каким-то чудом не хотеть своих родных детей иметь (ведь будет всегда преследовать понимание и осознание того, что это не твоё) и при этом желать заботиться о ком-то, полюбить. Но обычно в таких ситуациях именно домашние животные и спасают.

Люди заводят детей, потому что хотят отдавать свою любовь и заботу, хотят вкладываться в детей и тд (про стакан воды в старости промолчу: если люди для этого заводят детей, то у меня для них очень плохие новости), а это не зависит от кровных уз. Бывают очень разные ситуации в жизни, необязательно быть чайлдфри, чтобы захотеть забрать ребёнка из детского дома. Что Вы скажете про бесплодных людей? Они, может, и хотят родить "своих", но чисто физически не могут. И что им тогда делать? У людей есть две базовые потребности: безопасность и привязанность, и совершенно неважно, как они реализуются: главное, чтобы реализовались, тогда человек будет удовлетворён. Некоторые женщины не переносят сам факт беременности (или им вообще нельзя рожать по показателям слабого здоровья), поэтому и хотят усыновить или удочерить кого-то, и что, Вы их не сможете нормальными родителями считать после этого? Что за бред, мы в 21-м веке живём, пора уже перестать гнаться за собственным генетическим кодом - это давным-давно стало неактуально, существование перестало быть таким уж опасным, интересы и желания людей, слава богу, с первобытных времён поменялись. А эти сказки про "ну мы не знаем, какая у них генетика" - ну лол, а свою-то генетику знаете так досконально, чтобы быть уверенным в том, что конкретно Вам надо рожать? Очень сомневаюсь, что да. Если бы люди более осознанно подходили к проблеме родительства, рефлексировали свои хотелки, ходили к психологу и решали свои травмы, этот мир был бы лучше и было бы гораздо больше счастливых семей
