We have all bin there, gullible. We have easily believed to someone or something, we have believed in so much things and concepts that we do not know any more what is truth and whom to trust. So how, after all this to stop being gullible and see true illusions ?

There is no such thing to believe in higher self . This a belief system that won’t help to reduce gullibility.. do prayer not meditation high self . You have the right to believe in anything you want just know god is the highest , and higher self , is not something to get decieved doing meditation for that . Just don’t . .

Yes, observe yourself in relationships with other people, your emotions, your suptile reactions, your thoughts. Just observe do not comment or judge your self. Just seeing will change your brain. Infinite Love

The only way you won’t be gullible , is don’t trust anyone , Knowledge , believe in god , protect you inner mind and identity , don’t get fooled by religions , that aren’t of god because my or most are cult s, increases your awareness , observe , listen, don’t judge , develope awareness or you enviorment, think , . Always learn , but don’t be a follower unless if someone is teaching you then you can follow it would be a trustful person . Self reflection, no obsession , love no hate .self care , and love for yourself and others equally . . Be youself. Be the person you want to be or the one one god is calling you to be . Don’t trust every resources . Delvelope empathy .

Nicely explained, the only problem is be. You see , people look at this and that say I LL become better or all this. And that is an illusion, there is no becoming. It is seeing what you are now, without escaping from it. The moment you are aware of what you are you are changed. You can't develop empathy either you have it or don't. The moment you see that you don't have empathy, but deeply not superficial with intellect, but with your whole being and awareness you are empathy itself, you are the love. Don't think in terms of duality otherwise there is no exit. Infinite Love.

It is a form of arrogance to believe in a higher power or Truth as that would make you seperate from that higher power, no-thing can exist outside of Truth.
