Blizzard gets chain value, even if the base is not compact, it is also a bit more spell consuming then a electrone so technically it can clear out more targets, you can also direct what targets you want specifically with invisibility spells

what should be the ideal percentage one should get from just blizzard (the first phase of attack)

The % will not matter that much, as long as you get good buildings out of the way, like townhall, eagle, queen, inferno, xbow get as many as possible out of them and try to make a good path for the lalo
