'You know' is one of the many strategies that a speaker use in conversation even among native speakers. It's similar to 'urgh', 'urm' etc to signal that the speaker is processing the information that he/she wanted to utter. In terms of fluency, she is indeed fluent.

The host did a good job on making her comfortable but I think that question about how female artist not getting enough recognition is kinda too heavy for a red carpet interview. I can see agnez did not expect this question and tried so hard to find a proper answer. I mean even an american singer will find it hard to answer that question so overall she did well.
