I think they gave us the thai version. The Musical scenes are very Thai, like they wearing the traditional costume in Thailand. And take note that's only done the ep 2, and they have 10 remaining episode to offer us. Can't wait to watch the whole episodes.

I’m loving this show sooooo much, I’m really into musicals and with GemFourth it’s chef’s kiss ahahaha I was so happy when they sing and their voice together are just EVERYTHING OMG. So far it’s so much better then Japan version and I read that the Japanese version, when it was made, there were still only half of the volumes of the manga and they only adapted these volumes and even had to invent some things to be able to finish the BL. This version will adapt all the volumes aka MASTERPIECE CAN’T WAIT❤

So far i like the series, i agree Lydia think GeminiFourth deserved someting much better then this, something with drama and action, something different, my boys would nail it because both are great actors. Anyway i'm watching the series beacuse of them.

I love them on their first series on Moonlight Chicken. I saw their potential to do characters that have deeper character development. Would love to see them do a follow up of MLC and a dramatic series.

39:09 they filmed on location in Thailand that has a strong cultural ties to Japan since it’s based on Japanese manga after all, it’s in a bts episode

I am not gonna lie , I am also not a fan of remakes but "Cherry Magic Thailand" was incredible 😍😍 I fell in love with TayNew all over again. Also Lydia I really enjoyed your interview with TayNew, god it was soo funny, although I only saw some clips😂😂.

I agree they absolutely need something more realistic/dramatic and artsy like ITSAY rather than goofy-high-school-puppy-love. Fourth has always been a more dramatic actor than comedic in my opinion, and Gemini’s acting has clearly improved more than enough for him to take on something that requires some real range. So yeah, absolutely agree this show is a waste of their talents, especially with the lacklustre post-production. I am still enjoying myself tho, but like you say it’s mostly just Gemini and Fourth carrying so far.

What non-BL dramas could GeminiFourth have been in to start their entertainment careers if they hadn't done BL series and would they have been as famous at this stage?

i don’t LOVE this version yet but saying "gmmtv does remakes so they dont have to come up with a new story" is an odd take. they almost never “come up” with original stories. last twilight and the upcoming kristsingto series are some of gmmtv's only original scripts. almost all of bl is adaptations of novels webtoons etc these series almost never come up with the setting character names and general plot points. idk why you have such a problem with gmmtv for choosing to make an adaptation when literally all of their stuff is adaptations

i mean most of the dramas are based of some novel or manga in countries like thailand, china, japan and south korea so idk what are you talking about also they are not "remaking" the jdrama they are making "thai adaptation" of the novel or manga so its not right to call it a remake.

Kinnporsche, I feel you linger in the air, TharnType, Together With Me, Triage, Manner of Death, Cutie Pie, Why R U?, Love By Chance, Until We Meet Again,... More than 90% of Thai BL Series (not only GMMTV) were made from Thai novel, most of them were not original stories. So what's your problem with GMMTV to said like that??

Well techinally nuna your correct but nuna, you can see gemini vocal prowness because we didnt see it in msp. And if i remember correctly Japanese version havent put the whole manga in live action. But i heard somewhere that the thai version of my love mix up put the whole volume 1 to 13 in thai version which the Japanese version havent done it i read the novel i saw somethings that happen in novel that didnt put in Japanese live action this is just my opinion but all in all i love your reaction

for me i never understood why the Japanese version was way overrated like its good and cute but not too good of a plot for a remake?/// so idk but the thai version is cute and i like their acting even more than msp dont ask me why. anw i think its going good and could be great if there was less music and bg sounds (like this episode alone had 3 song??? and idk how many push pa bgs) so yeah thats itt.

Because this version was made for thai audience or people who are into thai dramas, obviously they put thai to the plot, that's why you will never feel the same, and that's also why I kinda like it though, but again 'to each their own'
