If you can't make your way down either aftermath or sky pilot, ride normal mtb trails to get basic trail riding skills. Hit the baby line in the bike park to learn how to hit jumps. If you can do that, you can ride down sky pilot. I passed a group of 60+ year olds riding down skypilot the other week lol.

Difference between beginner trails and beginner JUMP trails. Sky pilot is horrible to learn to jump on. I can ride down whatever tech black trails you throw at me but jumping is different than just trail riding. The bike park sucks to learn jumps, I live next to it. The green downhill line has barely any doable beginner jumps with most of them being doubles designed for advanced riders to mess around on or quick bigger lippy jumps on steep grade, not easy to clear. I've only seen really good riders EVER clear the whole green DH line. The blue DH line is super lippy and dangerous, and the dirt jumps are difficult from green to blue line and those aren't built for full suspensions. Wellington knows how to make actual beginner jumps at least. Frisco loves to make everything difficult and catered to advanced riders. Breck trail crew knows what's up compared to Frisco.@@chrisfaessen1417
