My dad's friend owns a jazz bar, and the music is amazing. This sounds like exactly something the band would play- one time I even got to perform “I’m beginning to see the light”, “fly me to the moon” and many others with a sax player, a trumpet player, a pianist, a drummer, and a bassist. I am the proud participant in an ancient art form called Tai Chi Gung! History tells us that these movements were relayed to us by angels! Nonetheless, ancient minds filled with wisdom discovered these physical movements that greatly assist longevity! Like all other students, I started with a teacher! The movements are not difficult, but precise! I made a commitment to do these special exercises for a very long time! It's my promise to our Creator! The mind is so powerful, as are these movements! But I feel like I reinvented the wheel by combining these wonderful exercises with sloooooooow jazzzzzzz! I looked forward to doing them before the slow jazz; but AFTER discovering how fabulously these special movements go with this music, now I feel like I have a special secret as sacred as flying to the moon! What a more than fabulous experience each time I do Tai Chi Gung! Thank you for this perfect music! It certainly takes me back many years, as well! It speaks to your heart, and Tai Chi Gung is done from your heart straight to God's ears! So WOW!
