Honestly if I see a fan made character in an au I’d be confused too but here’s the answer to your question red girl is a rotting corpse like Michael after she became that she went to get a job and found sister location and decided to work there a year later she finally met William and she told him she didn’t have any family or friends plus she told him she was rotting corpse, so he said it was ok for her to live with them
