That VDV is rapid! He even outstripped Nelli in a chase, Havertz had no chance. I read last week, he had broke the official PL speed record achieved in a game. It's the most uneasy ratings vid I've seen from the lads, they were looking around like they were selling dodgy perfumes out of a suitcase, down Oxford St.

One thing i will say about raya…he made a mistake…but i was then looking at him to see how he reacted. We should not be too harsh on him…because there were 3/4 crosses put in afterwards and he took all of them…that is experience…he knew he fucked up but he kept his head. If ramsdale made that mistake…does he come for those crosses and if he does…does he flap and get nowhere. After the mistake…raya was immaculate and this is why arteta brought raya in. I love rambo but i think last season he got too emotional and made too many mistakes in the run in…no other reason arteta gets another keeper. Maybe someone here can watch all our last 10-12 games last year and focus on ramsdale. Last season we gave away a fair few very early goals…this season we have not as far as i can remember. I believe because of his experience today after mistake…we won that game because the man took control of his box…he has a good mentality and it really showed to me today. 🙏🙏🙏

My sincere assumption is that Robbie was asleep or taking a drink when Havertz sent that sumptuous pass to Saka for the 2nd goal, and scored what turned out to be the game winner. Giving Raya a 4 instead of a 5 was harsh, same as Havertz getting an 8 instead of a 9 for overall contributions and the significance of being clutch.

@@bazalinco naaa man, these guys aren't robots, they make mistakes. Ramsdale made the same mistakes and it really gave him issues throughout the rest of the game. His maturity and mentality to recompose himself and make some great vatvhes really made a difference. I'd give him a 6.

You can maintain the 7 ratings for majority of the key players in the game but come on 8 for Thomas Partey is fair he was the best player in the midfield, 8 for Saka and 9 for Kai Havertz mad turned prime Ricardo Kaká.

I think it's just injury issues mixed with self doubt. He'll be himself again, most likely a few times before the end of the season. Just need to support him, be patient and he'll be good again. I still see glimpses of it, even today.

@@astrothelad I thought about this earlier right. I think we should grab Elanga from Forest if they go down. He'd be brilliant to rotate with Saka. I'd slip Jesus there tbh, buy a proper ST to rotate with Havertz and then get a proper midfielder to rotate with Partey. I'd also buy a rotational RB for White, A player to rotate with Saliba and the Porto GK. Sell Ramsdale and bring in him. Have Raya as our rotation.

Arsenal player ratings vs Sp*rs: Raya - 5 (lowest rated player) White - 7 Saliba - 7 Magalhães - 6 Tomiyasu - 6 Ødegaard - 7 Partey - 7 Rice - 7 Saka - 8 Havertz - 9 (motm) Trossard -7 Martinelli - 6 Kiwior - 6 Arteta - 9 ( he got it right and should have overseen a 4 - 1, the execution on the part of the players simply wasn't there. This was summed up in the performance of our captain MØ8. There was a big atmosphere with really big emotions as the gaffe might say. You could feel every player just fighting to manage the emotional challenge. With the exception of Saka (who's maturity has always been so far ahead of his actual experience) and Havertz who does not bear the scars of Conte grabbing 4th with the enemy and of the disappointing finish to last season. And coming through those last 20 min and getting the 3 pts will go a long way in healing emotional scarring and giving the team greater belief this season will be different)

What a fantastic run of games we had during April, few disappointing results that most likely will prevent us from collecting silverware this year but the boys have come on leaps and bounds and have gained so much experience. Nice we’re off and then Bournemouth at home is a lovely treat for them after the month we have had!

What Tomoyasu lacks in attack he makes for tremendously in defense. Not sure if many notice thus but he wins many balls and cuts passing lanes that could easily lead to goals.

If Havertz keeps his place we need our RF and LF creating goals and threats. Saka looks good but needs competition Perhaps getting a much attacking goal threat on out left hand side who is in form, has lots of pace, can score and assist. Can come in or on the outside would be an ideal signing vs a centre forward. A little like Liverpools triple threat Mane, Firmino and Salah.

He commanded the box well, claimed loads of crosses, went the right way for the pen - what a penalty it was, props to Son - and his distribution (with that one obvious exception) was on point. Without the mistake, he would have been a 7 at least. But that was an _almighty_ howler: drops him two rating points. 5 is fair.

Raya give away a goal and hoes from an 8 to a 4. Rice guves away a pen, basically a goal and goes from an 8 to a 7. Rice should get a 6 at best giving a way a pen especially at that moment in the game.

@@stefanvegsund9584 Saka got the assist for the 1st, Havertz got the assist for the 2nd (the best of the game) and Rice got the 3rd assist but also give away a penalty. So Rice got 1 assist and give 1 penalty away

Saliba and Gabriel were good. It’s very silly to blame the two goals and errors they had 0 ability to do anything about. It’s almost like blaming Messi for these two goals if he was playing. Just because they play defence doesn’t mean they can stop every goal, even if they’re performance was an 11/10

Raya 4 White 7 Saliba 7 Gabriel 7 Tomiyasu 6 Rice 6 Partey 6 Odegaard 5 Saka 8 Trossard 5 Havertz 9 Rice and Partey need to be marked down for silly mistakes, despite being very good overall. Partey lost the ball twice in very dangerous positions.

The two centre backs had nothing to do with either conceded goals. I would encourage Robbie to rewatch that game and review his scoring. The Gabriel disrespect after his performance today especially is bewildering to me

if Arsenal promote Amario Cozey D., and get Diomanded and Bruno Guimaraes then I think they will get the league. I am not sure if they will go for Isak or another striker due to budget and FFP.

hope arteta and arsenal fans see the value of good fullbacks. arsenal play the ball around the back four side to side.. lost the count of tomiyasu and white losing the ball. you need players there who is technically proficiant and comfortable on the ball
