Definitely has that All Electronic/ Atmospheric mood that began with Hot Butter's version of Gershon Kingsley's _Popcorn_ in 1973, Jean-Michel Jarre's _Oxygene Part IV_ in 1974, continuing into Alan Parson's _Time_ in 1980, & that ever-imaginative soundscape of Vangelis' _Blade Runner_ soundtrack in 1982. It's also fair to say that, thanks to their _Dark Side of the Moon_ album (in 1973), Pink Floyd also contributed to the development of synthesizer-produced Atmospheric Music. This music was re-labelled "New Age" in the 90's, but I choose to hold it by its original 70's classification 💜❤️💜❤️ Thank You especially for working to preserve 70's & 80's Easy Listening/ Soft Jazz instrumentals of London's De Wolfe Orchestra. (aka International Studio Orchestra) Although under-appreciated because of how the American orchestral world kept them in obscurity, it's re-assuring that the rich musical treasure of these British maestros is preserved here on KZfaq: Karl Jenkins, Roger Webb, David De Wolfe, Alberici & May, Nick Ingman, & several others. These are the Johann Sebastian Bachs, Franz Liszts, & Ludwig Von Beethoven's of our time. Long live Contemporary Orchestra!
