One of my favorite movies of all time. It stayed with me… Hard for a movie to make that impression. Loved the foreshadowing in the opening scene, and stupendous message from this film!

This fun flick showcases Arches NP, the Colorado River Valley, and eastern Utah like no other. It a great story line (with a surprise ending) and the acting is pretty good. The night scenes are too dark, hard to see, with this copy. Boone is at his best. Thanks for posting.

Непростой фильм. Из плюсов, что неплохо подали русского мужика и на пальцах раскрыли суть христианства. Из минусов - наивный сюжет. Впрочем, пейзажи и приключения достаточно хороши.

It’s called color timing The different development time for each color in each chemical . A true art form and very technical . Sometimes the timing is off and you get an underdeveloped film .

Also a lot of the older movies and shows they would film in the daytime and use filters over the lens or the illusion of nighttime. This would create extra-heavy shadows sometimes that they just had to let it be the way it was. Film in the old days didn't do well at night.

I missed about 80% of this film during live upload but watched the trailer prior and still somehow managed to get the gist of it enough to enjoy it as a time killer. I didn't like the accents of the characters very comical / stereotype and jarring for the tone of the story, but the story wasn't very convincing either.
