Self respect and apni ijjat ko aage rakhne ke liye hi maine bhi no contact zone me rehna pasand kiya hai. But, honestly I am not happy and continuously yehi khayal aate rehte hai. But, muje pata hai samne se initiate karke bhi kuch nahi milne wala hai aur upar se khud ki hi insult hongi. But, still I am thinking about this only even in no contact zone. Trying to keep my mind occupied in my job and other self love activities but, still feeling very low in energy as mind is not able to forget that and recalling the same thing again and again. Sahi me bahot neend disturbed hoti hai and upset rehta hai mood hamesha. Khush rehne ki koshish karne ke baad bhi andar se to dukhi hi rehte hai. Kafi strong hone ka dikhava karte hai bahar se per andar se pata hai kitne low and down hai 😢
