Add water. Cook it properly. Tomatoes are still not completely done. Cover and cook. Boil vegetables according to their cook time. Carrot takes less time cauliflower takes more. How can all be done together. Too many things I don’t agree with.

एक सुझाव मैं जरूर करूंगा। culinary school में अंग्रेज़ी शब्द gravy का उपयोग तभी किया जाता हैं जब उसमे किसी प्रकार का मांस हो। अथवा उसे Sauce कहा जाता है। भारत में ग्रेवी शब्द का उपयोग कई बार गलत करते है।

Ist the smoking point for mustard oil very low compared to ghee and other oils?? If the oil is passing its smoking point for long doesnt it become full of trans fats and unsafe for consumption?
