◾500gms (4 Pieces) Raw Banana
For Marination
◾1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
◾1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
◾1.5tbsp Coriander Powder
◾1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
◾1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
◾1-2 tbsp Semolina (Suji)
◾1/2 tsp Hing
◾4-5 tbsp Curd
◾Salt to taste
◾2 tbsp Mustard Oil
◾Oil for frying
For Masala
◾2 Chopped Onions
◾A inch of Ginger
◾8-10 Garlic Cloves
◾4-5 Green Chillies
◾3-4 Tomatoes
For Gravy
◾3-4 tbsp Mustard Oil
◾1tsp Cumin Seeds
◾1tsp Mustard Seeds
◾2 Bay Leaves
◾A small inch of Cinnamon Stick
◾2 finely chopped Onions
◾The Masala & Tomato Paste (which which made)
◾1-2 tbsp Coriander Powder
◾1tsp Turmeric Powder
◾1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
◾Salt to taste
◾Hot Water as required
◾Fried Marinated Bananas
◾1tsp Kasuri Methi
◾1tsp Garam Masala Powder
◾A lots of Fresh Coriander
