On the basis of the scriptures, we consider Sri Radha to be Goddess Mahalakshmi. Though Sri Radha herself is an independent Goddess who is not an incarnation of anyone, she's Adishakti herself, but there are many evidences in our puranas, which mentioned Sri Radha to be Goddess Mahalakshmi. Brahma Vaivarta Puran: “You range in the heart of Krishna as Radha; You are the mistress of Rasa in the sphere of the Rasa; You are Sri Radha in the lovely grove of Vrindavana; You are the spouse of Krishna in the Goloka;… You are Maha-Lakshmi in the Vaikuntha;… You are Lakshmī, the wife of Hari on Earth.” -Verses 43-56, Chapter LV, Prakriti Khanda, Brahma Vaivarta Mahapuran Sri Radha is mentioned as Goddess Mahalakshmi in BVP many times, you can read it. Garga Samhita: "You are the playful King of Goloka and She is your playful companion. When you are the king of Vaikuntha, She, the daughter of King Vrishbhānu is Goddess Lakshmi- Text 23, Chapter 16 (Sri Radhika vivah varnana), Garg Samhita.

She is the central figure for all the goddesses of fortune. She is the pleasure-potency of Lord Krishna. sa tu sakshan maha-lakshmih krishno narayanah prabhuh na tayor vidyate bhedah svalpo ‘pi muni-sattama She is directly Goddess Maha-Lakshmi and Lord Krishna is Lord Narayana. O best of sages, there is not the slightest difference between Them She's Mahalaksmi and it's mentioned in other Puranas as well. So start reading the puranas and stop reading the bogus articles on internet which is written by fanatics. Now coming to your next question: When She is neither mentioned in Vishnu Purana nor in Srimad Bhagavatam? Who told you this? It's not true. It's a rumour which is spread by some fanatics. She is mentioned in many Puranas like, Bhramavaivarta Puran, Devi bhagavatam Puran, Skanda Puran, Pādma Purana, Shiv Puran, Narad Puran, Matsya Puran, Brahmanda Puran, Ling Purana. Sri Radhika is also mentioned in Srimad bhagavatam as well as in Vishnu Puran. She's mentioned indirectly in these puranas. Only her name is not mentioned, but she's mentioned indirectly. The reason why Sukhadev didn't mention her name directly: If Sukadeva Goswami uttered the name of Srimati Radhika, he would at once remember Her pastimes. Due to his radha-prema he would have become avista-citta, excited and fixed in remembering Her pastimes and activities in the service of Krsna He would have become internally fixed on Krsna and be fainted for six months. But Pariksit Maharaj had only seven days to live, and Sukadeva wanted him to have the benefit of the entire Srimad-Bhagavatam, so Parikshit can attain moksha. Bhrama Vaivarta Puran: sri radha-nama mantrena murcha sanmasiki bhavetnoccareta mata spastam pariksit hit krn munih: “Maharaja Pariksit had only seven days to live, and uttering Radhika's name would have thrown Sukadeva into ecstatictrance for six months.” From: Bhrama Vaivarta Puran Radha Sahasranama (spoken by lord Shiva) sukadeva-gunatita sukadeva-priya sakhi vikalotkarsinj kosa kauseyambara-dharini “Her virtues are beyond the power of Sukadev Gosvami to describe (sukadeva-gunatita), She is dear to Sukhadeva Gosvami (sukhadeva-priya), She is friendly (sakhi), She picks up the fallen and unhappy (vikalotkarsini), She is a treasure-house of transcendental opulences (kosa), and She is dressed in elegant silk garments (kauseyambara-dharini).” Sanatana Goswami writes: "Srimati Radhika was the worshipable goddess of Sukadeva Goswami, so whenever he uttered Her name, he would become avista-citta,internally spiritually excited and externally inert.” Sukhadev Goswami didn't mention names of other Gopis as well. He called them gopis and he called Radha as a special gopi. The same story of Maharaas lila is found in Srimad bhagavatam, Vishnu Puran and in Bhrama Vaivarta Puran. The only difference is Radha is mentioned indirectly as a special gopi in Srimad bhagavat and in Vishnu Puran. But in BVP, she's directly mentioned by her divine name Radha. The story is same in all these puranas. Srimad Bhagavatam 10.30.28 anayaradhito nunam bhagavan harir isvarah yan no vihaya govindah prito yam anayad rahah Certainly this particular gopi has perfectly worshiped the all-powerful Personality of Godhead, Govinda, since He was so pleased with Her that He abandoned the rest of us and brought Her to a secluded place. During Maharaas lila, Lord Krishna disappeared with a special gopi (Radha). And other Gopis were finding Krishna then they saw the footprints of Sri Krishna and the special gopi (Radha) Text 30: “These footprints of that special gopī greatly disturb us. Of all the gopīs, She alone was taken away to a secluded place, where She is enjoying the lips of Kṛṣṇa. Look, we can’t see Her footprints over here! It’s obvious that the grass and sprouts were hurting the tender soles of Her feet, and so the lover lifted up His beloved.” Then the special gopi (Radha) and Sri Krishna left that place and gone together in a secluded place. Then she was tired of walking so Krishna said to climb on his shoulders, then suddenly he disappeared from there. Text 37: As the two lovers passed through one part of the Vṛndāvana forest, the special gopī began feeling proud of Herself. She told Lord Keśava, “I cannot walk any further. Please carry Me wherever You want to go.” Text 38: Thus addressed, Lord Kṛṣṇa replied, “Just climb on My shoulder.” But as soon as He said this, He disappeared. His beloved consort then immediately felt great remorse. Text 39: She cried out: O master! My lover! O dearmost, where are You? Where are You? Please, O mighty-armed one, O friend, show Yourself to Me, Your poor servant! Text 40: Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: While continuing to search out Kṛṣṇa’s path, the gopīs discovered their unhappy friend close by. She was bewildered by separation from Her lover. Then All Gopis and Special Gopi, Sri Radha sang a song which is known as Gopi Geet in the pain of separation from Krishna. Afterwards lord Krishna came to them and they did Maharaas lila. We can clearly see how beautifully Sri Radha is mentioned in Srimad bhagavatam indirectly. But still some fanatics can't believe this and they can't digest this fact, they can't see that Sri Radha is mentioned here so I would say they are blind. Sri Radha is similarly mentioned in Vishnu Puran indirectly as a special gopi. During the description of MahaRasa Lila in Chapter 13 of Book 5, there are seven slokas (slokas 32-38) describing Krishna leaving the Rasa Mandala and going off with a special Gopi into the forest. The other gopis also see their footprints, and Krishna decorating her with flowers, and leaving her some distance away. This is same as in the Bhagavatam. Looking down upon the ground, one damsel calls to her friend, as the light down upon her body stands erect with joy, and the lotuses of her eyes expand, "See here are the marks of Krishńa's feet, as he has gone alone sportively, and left the impressions of the banner, fife thunderbolt, and the goad. What lovely maiden has been his companion, inebriate with passion, as her irregular footmarks testify? From: Vishnu Puran Chapter VIII So she's mentioned in Vishnu Puran indirectly as well. The reason why Vishnu Puran mentioned Radha indirectly is: Vishnu Puran is the scripture, which focused only in Vishnu tattva. In this, lord Vishnu is mentioned as Adi Purusha and Ma Laxmi as Mulaprakriti. There is Radha tattva which was kept secretly by lord Krishna. And not everyone are eligible to understand her. Even other Gods can never be able to understand who is Sri Radha. Lord Krishna told this only to Lord Shiva and he prevented him to not say this to anyone. Then Parvati ma asked Lord Shiva about Radha tattva. First, Lord Shiva hesitated then he took permission from lord Krishna, Krishna allowed him to say this to Parvati cuz she herself is Mahadev. Then lord Shiva said this to Devi Parvati because she's better half of lord Shiva. This is mentioned in BVP Prakrti-khanda: Chapter 48. Brahma Vaivarta Puran: Goddess Parvati said to Mahadev:- I would like to listen to the unprecedented story of Rādhikā which is difficult to get even in the Purāṇas. О Lord, I have listened to all the Āgamas, the best of Pañcarātra, the text on polity, Yogaśāstras of the yogīs, siddhiśāstras of the siddhas, several types of tantras and the story of the devotion of Kṛṣṇa. You have already admitted while speaking on the other scriptures, that the words of Śiva can never be untrue. Why was it not recited in the literature before the Āgamas Lord Shiva said: During the time of Āgamas I was prevented by Lord Kṛṣṇa to narrate the story of Rādhā. О Pārvatī, You happen to be my better-half and You will never separate from Me. Therefore, Lord Krsna has permitted Me to narrate the story of Rādhā to You now. Rādhikā happens to be the beloved of My Lord and Her story is quite secret. О Durgā, I know the entire story of Rādhā which is unknown to Brahmā, Śeṣa, Sanatkumāra, Sanātana, Indra, the best of sages, the siddhas and even the lord of siddha. О Durgā, the astonishing story of Rādhā is going to be narrated which is quite difficult to get and bestows immense merit. Shiva said then to Parvati:- Because everything moves according to His will, therefore in the forest of the creepers when Lord Jagannātha developed the desire for enjoying a love-sport, He was divided into two parts, Kṛṣṇa emerged from right side while His left side was transformed into Rādhikā. О Goddess, the ancient people described Her as Rādhā because of this. Rādhā recites the name of Kṛṣṇa while Kṛṣṇa recites the name of Rādhā; for Them everything is equal. This has been stated by the learned people. His Rādhā is dearer to Him than His life which represents great fortune. She happens to be the creator of Mahāviṣṇu and is the basic Prakṛti and the Supreme Goddess. That's why She was mentioned indirectly in some scriptures. Conclusion: Radha is MahaLakshmi and she's mentioned in Srimad bhagavatam & Vishnu Puran. RadheRadhe♡
