I can't take this anxiety and overthinking anymore. I do things good enough when I'm alone but as soon as I'm around people I mess up everything. Be it be college, family, relationship I keep messing things I want to be like everyone carefree I just can't keep my mind calm and it affects me so much in everyday life. I don't want to overthink but every single thing that I mess up keeps popping in my head and I just can't help it. I don't know what to do. There's not a day in my life where I can look back and consider it as perfect happy day. I can't take these things anymore.
