Just wanted to note that "Expounding the science of Yoga" is not referring to a verbal expression, but a transmission that is beyond form (words) and transcends time and space as we know it currently. It's the most advanced form of education one can receive (within these 4 dimensions we call 'existence') and it's totally unfathomable to our limited minds. Thoughts and emotions animate the sense that one 'acts' on something or is the 'doer' of an action. Beyond the realm of action, there is only pure emanation, essence, space alone. There are no thoughts and therefore one is unaffected by emotion. We don't learn through this form of education in the sense of the common education most will be thinking about. We are always transmitting something, but for the majority this is within the realm of thoughts and emotions only. We have to become subtle ourselves to receive the subtlest transmission which is there at all times.

Veera, there are no gurus left (may be in remote areas in Himalya) in modern world of ignorance, selfishness and falsehood. We live in Kaliyug. Some claim that Tantra yoga (energy yoga) is designed for Kaliyug where man has become weak and selfish and women try to immitate man.

South had very good emperors to safeguard themselves and most of their history was erased by North Indian politicians and spreading nonsense that North Protected South to have superiority , the fact is that North India geographically is most vulnerable to invasions and they fought to safeguard themselves while on the other hand South India is not geographically available to Invaders which is why they were not able to reach here , few invaders who reached here were succesfully kicked out by South Indian Emperors.

There's a question however ? According to the Puranas the 7 prime Celestial Sages doesnot include Agastya . They are the brainchildren of Preceptor Brahma that is Marichi , Atri, Angiraas, Kratu, Pulasthya, Pulaha and Vashistha. Agastya came later I think. But none the less, he achieved enlightenment from Adiyogi Shiv! - facts fromHarivamsha and Shiv Mahapuran

Aghastya is not from north to south India. Agham means looking inwards in Tamil. Aghathiyam is collection of human knowledge which includes siddha medicine, martial arts, yoga, food, etc. agathiyars are teachers of Aghathiyam. This was spread across India for 1000 of years and it was in Tamil later copied to Sanskrit Vedas in kancheepuram. From surface Siddhanta( Tamil siddha) and vedanta(Sanskrit Vedas) looks same but there is a huge difference. Siddhanta is science means understanding nature and living with them in hormony. But Vedanta is added mythology of Tamil Siddhanta where it just cooked up stories and believes someone watching us from above.

@sudarshana chakra 3.0 can you show me the proof that it’s directly created in Sanskrit ? Can you show me the archeological proof of talking monkeys as specified in Ramayana? Can you show me the god and devas living above the cloud? Tamil has huge archeological proof ex: keeladi has transformation of pictorial writing and sound based writing. Tamil has martial arts, siddha medicine, etc. Just if you come out of your cocoon and look around u will understand that.

I just don't like one or two things about him. 1) He celebrated the menstruation of Parvati as a festival. I mean he's a yogi and a sage... Why would he ever bother about something which usually a Kamasutra practitioner would be interested in? This one really gives me some weird vibes. 2) He thanked Lakshmana more than Rama for effectively slaying Meghnada. Even though it's true that Lakshmana eliminated the future threat it kinda feels wrong because only Ravana was the true perpetrator, Meghnada just paid the price for supporting his father.

Is there any scripture or book from where Sadhguru ji gets this data, like 15,000 years before Adiyogi appeared etc. Plz give some reference also while speaking data otherwise doesn't looks authentic and trustworthy. Tmrw someone else will come and say 15 lakh years before Adiyogi came etc.

He is interested in proving himself as a original thinker uninfluenced by any wisdom past or present . Anyone with a basic knowledge of Spirituality knows that he repeats his semi understandings conveniently taken from various sources . It is not important whether it is copied or concocted but as a seeker one should be truthful especially to the source of knowledge . When acknowledgement of truth and gratitude is missing the intention becomes shadowy.
