Have you ever tryed submerging your agots and other rocks in white vinegar for about a week to see the amazing results.

1:13 that almost looked like slickenside 2:10 is it possible that some of that could be opal? I liked the funky tune in the background!

Hey Thirst Fast! I agree it must be slickenside, there’s some faults in that area for sure. It could be Opal, I couldn’t see any of the characteristic optical properties, yet I plan to cut them at some point and have a closer look. Thanks Thirst fast!

@@rocknature3318 Common opal doesn't flash like precious opal does, it's just a softer, more amorphous form of what would otherwise chemically be chalcedony. I agree, they'll do well on the saw, and polish up very nicely too!
