AGC rejects Sanusi's representation to strike out sedition charges

22 күн бұрынThe Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) rejected the representation by Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor to strike out two sedition charges against him.
The charges were over his statement in a political talk last year regarding the appointment of the Selangor menteri besar and the establishment of the federal government.
