I need your advice that what would I do with gang status saying emergency and how do I get status back normal?

Make sure to tell everyone to donate to research until it gets out of the emergency status. It'd always in emergency when you achieve a new gang level because it starts at zero. But if your gang is active day in day out, it will go away shortly.

My team does not even have distributer. I don't have the option to build one. Not the leader by the way.

Hi mate I’ve just became leader of a rank 4 clan and joined up with rank 2 clan. We used to be in zone 1 but now we all in zone 3. But I want to make the gang better and I don’t really know what am I supposed to be doing. Could you do a video explaining what to do to be able to run a gang. PoV what to do as a gang leader ?

Donations and Conserve. Don't send out Gifts. Also if you can, Upgrade the Reduced Distributor Costs Gang Tech.
