Thanks for streaming this during the beta days. Good input from a sc2 background player. Amphibious units used to be in Tales of the Dragon (The Chinese expansion) for Extended Edition. They were very annoying to fight as you can imagine, specially on water maps. Azure dragon was very broken on both naval and land combat due to his DPS. Only Titans retained the Amphibious trait in retold. I disagree about not being a viable 1v1 Rts, it's the most asymmetric title of all the aoe games where each phase of of it's gameplay has the player doing something that is not entirely just scouting because it takes about 5 minutes to reach the classical age, players can decide to build proxy bases, can stay in their base and do Fast Heroic Age(Most Eggy players do that due to their playstyle). Godpowers are support powers that can be an antisnowball comeback potential or a bigger snowball depending how players prioritize their strengths. I agree that is a high apm game, it's why I prefer it over blizzard rts games when my mistakes are more related to strategical initiatives rather than positioning and timing of build orders(even though positioning is important but not that much). Reusable godpowers is something I never get why they went with, I suppose they want to serve the game for viewership because it's like Moba hero abilities when you get the right execution or synergy. Original game has Dynamic music too. Premium sh!t1dition is a value proposition those who own EE where they save money for paying 42.5 euro/dollar for 2 DLC which will cost 15 and the base game that is 30. So you are not paying 30+15+15=60. The tragedy is that they are locking the original portraits behind that preorder because everyone should get access than the current "questionable" artstyle.
